Great Wolf Lodge
Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan is a 327,000 square feet indoor water park facility constructed in 2000. The project had an aggressive construction timeline and Precision Building Systems was selected as a wall panel provider to help keep this ambitious construction on schedule. PBS provided dozens of truck deliveries of wall panels over the course of several weeks. The general contractor was exceptionally pleased the product and performance. Great Wolf Lodge is a great example of how PBS can help save time and money in large commercial construction projects.

Camp Humphrey South Korea
Under a contract with the Department of Defense, Precision Building Systems and Eastwood Custom Homes exported six complete residential units to Camp Humphrey South Korea. The homes, the first western style homes of their kind in the country, were shipped from PBS in a dozen shipping containers and assembled on site by on-site labor. The Camp Humphrey projects had intense deadlines and illustrates the advantages of building with PBS wall panels. This was one of the first of a long list of successful overseas ventures for PBS.

Pointe at Island Lake
The Pointe at Island Lake is a community development of natural beauty, located in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan, near Ford Lake. Precision Building Systems wall panel systems were used to construct the 36 condominium units in nine buildings. With so many structures in the construction project, using PBS wall panels presented a time and cost savings for the developers.
